This cider has been fermented in the bottle giving it small champagne like bubbles. The best way to serve this cider is by chilling it upright in the fridge. The first 2 glasses will be clear in appearance and sharper in taste with the last glass having more brewers yeast in it which can appeal more to the beer drinker.
